Your organisation is provided with our Co-Branded Meal / Menu Pamphlets, enabling your organisation to distribute the pamphlets to your consumer base. The consumer orders direct from Nutrifare via phone or fax, and we provide a co-branded online e-commerce web site for your service allowing the consumer to order the meals online. Payment is made online or direct to Nutrifare, then Nutrifare dispatch the meal order direct to the consumer. Freight is charged per order based on location of the consumer. Nutrifare pay your organisation a Sales Rebate, calculated and paid Monthly

Type 2 - Health / Public Services / Hospitals
Non-Stock Holding Basis

The consumer orders direct from Nutrifare via phone or fax, and we provide a co-branded online e-commerce web site for your service allowing the consumer to order online. Payment is made online or direct to Nutrifare, then Nutrifare dispatch the meal order direct to the consumer. Freight is charged per order based on location of the consumer. Nutrifare pay your organisation a Sales Rebate, calculated and paid Monthly

Type 3 - Health / Public Services / Hospitals / Meals-On-Wheels
Stock is stored on your premises
Specifically orientated for “meals on Wheels Operations”. Your Hospital is supplied with our pre-packaged “ready to heat” meals. The meals are Heated at your facility and dispatched for delivery via your network. Prices are subject to prior arrangement. Payment Terms are Monthly for approved accounts. Consolidated Freight is charged per consignment to your facility.

Type 4 - Commission Based Re-Seller
Non-Stock Holding Basis
Our Re-Sellers actively promote our meals direct to market where the consumer orders direct from Nutrifare via our 0800 number, we also provide a co-branded full e-commerce website for your service allowing the consumer to order and pay for the meals online ( no credit card merchant account required)
Meal / Menu Pamphlets are produced for the Re-Seller by Nutrifare Ltd, in conjunction with the Re-Seller and Co-Branded. Print costs are charged to the Re-Sellers Account. Freight is charged per order based on location of the consumer. Meal Selling prices are per our standard RRP price list. Sales Rebate is paid Monthly to you

Type 5 - Commission Based Re-Seller
Stock is stored on your premises
Re-Seller actively promotes our meals direct to market where the consumer orders direct from the Re-Seller. The Re-Seller collects payment from consumer and transports meals to the consumers address.
We provide a co-branded full e-commerce website for your service allowing the consumer to order and pay for the meals online ( no credit card merchant account required). Nutrifare undertake fortnightly deliveries to Re-Sellers venue (where the meals are stored). Consolidated Freight is charged per consignment.
Payment Terms are 14 days following delivery for approved accounts
Meal / Menu Pamphlets are produced for the Re-Seller by Nutrifare Ltd and Co-Branded. Print costs are charged to the Re-Sellers Account.
Sales Discount on Invoice is applied. Special Conditions apply – e.g suitable food storage facilities and handling practices as per the NZ Food Regulations & Food Safety requirements

Type 6 – Exclusive Territory - Regional Re-Seller
Indent Stock is stored on your premises and at Nutrifare – Payment Terms are 14 days, Regional Re-seller is provided with your own branded full e-commerce website eg http://www.xyz.co.nz - stock and prices and additional items are able to be managed by you via web login.
Client should already have established local market and distribution capability. Subject to special conditions and terms, eg business plan development and co-marketing strategy agreements. Subject to Term Period Contract and min monthly volumes in excess of 1000 units
